Approximately two weeks ago, I purchased Head & Shoulders X -5 Degree Menthol Freshness shampoo through Hepsiburada. I u...sed the product 3–4 times, but I did not experience anything close to the “minus five degrees” level of cooling freshness promised on the packaging and in the product description.
