Head & Shoulders -5 Degree Shampoo Does Not Feel Cooling

Approximately two weeks ago, I purchased Head & Shoulders X -5 Degree Menthol Freshness shampoo through Hepsiburada. I used the product 3–4 times, but I did not experience anything close to the “minus five degrees” level of cooling freshness promised on the packaging and in the product description. The menthol effect was also extremely weak, to the point where it was barely noticeable.

I believe this product does not provide the menthol freshness it promises. I request that the product be inspected and, if necessary, tested, and that an appropriate resolution be provided based on the findings, such as a refund or replacement.
