After the investigation, the amount was refunded to my account. However, the fact that money was withdrawn from my account without any valid reason caused inconvenience and could have gone unnoticed if I had not checked my account.
I request that no further automatic payments or charges related to this subscription be made from my account. I also expect the necessary measures and controls to be put in place to prevent this type of issue from happening again.
