Hay Day removed my purchases during maintenance, how can I recover what I paid for?

If Hay Day removed your purchases after maintenance, you can try recovering them by contacting Supercell Support through the in-game Settings → Help & Support → Contact Form.

When you contact them, include your farm name, player tag, purchase receipt (transaction ID) and approximate date of purchase.

For iOS purchases, you may also need to reach out to Apple if the transaction shows there but didn’t deliver.

If the store shows the purchase but items aren’t delivered (or were removed during maintenance), support will audit your account and may restore the missing goods if verified.

Finally, make sure your game is updated and you’re signed into your correct account (via Supercell ID) so your purchases remain tied to your farm – this helps prevent loss during future maintenance.
