Hankook S1 Evo 3 Complaint – Balance Problem Never Resolved Despite Alignments
I purchased a set of Hankook S1 Evo 3 tires about 1.5 years ago, and I’ve been experiencing balance issues since the day I bought them. I never had this problem with my previous tires from another brand. I trusted the Hankook brand and chose their most expensive tire model, but it’s been a huge disappointment. The issue affects all four tires, and despite visiting multiple alignment and balance shops at different times and getting the balance adjusted repeatedly, the problem has never been resolved.
I purchased the tires in Denizli, and my invoice number is DEE2024000000805. The tires are still under warranty. I contacted Hankook customer service about the issue, but they blamed my vehicle instead. However, independent inspections by different tire specialists have clearly confirmed that the problem originates from the tires themselves.
For these reasons, I am requesting that Hankook replace my tires under warranty as soon as possible. I expect the company to stand by its quality guarantee and resolve this ongoing issue promptly.
