If you were charged after the Hailuo AI free trial ended without notice,

Understand why this happened;

• Hailuo subscriptions:
– Auto-renew by default after trial
– Charge your card at the start of the paid period

• Important:
– No reminder is always guaranteed
– This is written in their terms

Cancel immediately (first step);

• Go to:
– Account → Billing / Subscription

• Turn OFF:
– Auto-renew

• This stops future charges only

Verify your eligibility for a refund;

• You may qualify if:
– Within ~7–14 days of charge
– You didn’t use much of the service

• You may NOT qualify if:
– Credits already used
– Subscription period already active

Request a refund properly;

• Contact support and write:
– “I was charged after a free trial without clear notice. I request a refund.”
