Grundig Products Sold Under Warranty Denied, Repair Service Not Granted

Although they sell products under insurance and warranty, they neither stand behind the product they sell nor eliminate your victimization, although their sales representatives do not provide information. The problem is briefly as follows; 3 years ago, I bought a Grundig brand TV with a 3-year warranty and Gulf Insurance warranty. The warranty of the product ended and 1 month later the LED malfunction occurred. When we called the authorized service, they asked us to contact Gulf Sigorta. The people from Gulf Insurance took the product away and on our behalf, a gift voucher of 1719 TL was defined for the product I bought 3 years ago for 1436 TL at Vatan Bilgisayar. In other words, he says that you take this gift voucher and buy whatever you want by making another payment on it. When I call the customer services of both companies, he tells me that we gave you a contract when we sold you the product. There is such a problem that Vatan Bilgisayar does not sell the same product with Gulf Insurance at the same price as 3 years ago, so what is the logic of having insurance? If you cannot repair my product or give the same product, selling it to your customers as insured and guaranteed is misleading the consumer. It is also a great disrespect to its consumers.
