I paid for my Grok SuperGrok subscription with my debit card on June 24, 2026, at around 9:00 a.m. Although the payment was withdrawn from my account, my image generation limit was used up very quickly on the same day, and I could no longer create new images. My account is registered under a*******@Gmail.com**.
Since around June 1, 2026, I have noticed a serious restriction in the image generation feature. My limit runs out before even half of the day is over, and I keep receiving the “daily limit reached” error. As a user who specifically purchased the SuperGrok subscription for image generation, I feel inconvenienced because the limit is reached shortly after payment and the service has become so limited.
For this reason, I first request that the image generation rights included in the SuperGrok package be restored to their previous, more flexible level. If this is not possible, or if this restricted structure is now permanent, I request a refund of the $28 I paid for a service that I could not properly use and that did not meet my expectations. Please review this issue and provide me with a clear response.
