On November 7, 2025, I made two separate payments on the GPay Elektro website to purchase EP for KasiGame: one for approximately $104 and one for approximately $131. In both cases the funds were charged to my credit card, but the transactions failed and the game currency was never credited to my account.
I contacted both GPay Elektro and KasiGame customer service about this issue. I was verbally told the transaction failed and the amount would be refunded within 1 to 7 business days. However, no written communication was provided, and the payment company’s approach did not give me confidence.
I’ve never had a similar issue before. I request that the total $235 be refunded back to my credit card as soon as possible.
