Every time I use Goon baby diapers, they leak—no exceptions. Despite being extremely attentive parents, checking and changing my baby’s diaper regularly and never leaving it on too long, we’ve had to throw away countless outfits due to poop and urine leaks. Even after just a few minutes, the diaper fails to hold anything in. We feed our baby, clean them, change them, and yet we still find ourselves dealing with messes that shouldn’t happen with a “premium” diaper.
I emailed the company directly to explain the problem, hoping they would take responsibility or at least respond—but I received absolutely no reply. It’s incredibly frustrating to be ignored, especially when we pay good money expecting quality and reliability. I still have six unopened packs sitting at home that I now consider useless.
Not only does the diaper leak poop, but even urine passes through. They claim to use “Japanese technology,” but honestly, it’s a disgrace to that name. I’m writing this to warn other parents so they don’t go through what I did. I will never buy Goon diapers again and would advise others to steer clear as well. This brand has failed me entirely, both in product and in customer care.
