I recently purchased Goon brand baby diapers from Amazon, where the seller was Amazon itself, so I didn’t expect any issues with authenticity. The delivery was smooth and fast, which I appreciated. Initially, the diaper seemed to fit my baby’s body well, and I thought I had made a good choice. But unfortunately, things went downhill quickly.
Soon after using the diapers, I noticed redness, swelling, and a diaper rash developing on my baby’s skin. The irritation became worse with continued use, to the point where I had to stop using the product entirely. I’m extremely disappointed and concerned, especially since this brand is marketed as gentle and premium.
I don’t want to assume the product was counterfeit, but it’s troubling to see such a reaction from a brand I believed to be safe. I demand an investigation into this batch and expect a resolution—either a refund or an official explanation. Please take this complaint seriously. Parents need to trust the products they’re using on their babies, and this experience completely shattered that trust.
