Molfix Baby Diapers Leak

I bought Molfix diapers in size 5, both pants and tape, but unfortunately, they don't seem to be doing a great job at containing urine and stool. They tend to leak quite a bit. I reached out to customer service, and they asked for samples of both products. Even though I had sent them, they insisted that I had not registered one product and had not provided a sample. I was accused of not telling the truth. I've never come across such an absurd situation before. They claimed there was no problem with the diaper pants and insinuated that we mothers were being dishonest. Despite their claims that there were no issues with the diapers, we became frustrated with the constant need to replace wet clothes every morning. However, they continue to deny any issues with the diapers and accuse us of dishonesty. Establishing this situation proved to be quite challenging, requiring me to send samples and endure weeks of waiting. Ultimately, they failed to support their products, citing a lack of responsibility in delivering a package of diapers and denying any problems with them. Both the employees and the company fail to support their products. Even though we present everything as flawless, we are unfairly branded as dishonest. Thus, I have decided to never buy products such as baby diapers from them in the future, and I will not be suggesting their services to anyone else. Regrettably, the level of professionalism, consumer consideration, and assistance that I had anticipated from this reputable company is not up to par. It's quite disheartening.
