Google Subscription Charges My Phone Bill Without My Consent
I cannot cancel a subscription linked to my Google account because I lost access to the account, and I am being charged approximately $2 every month on my phone bill. I do not accept this charge through my Türk Telekom line because I cannot even see what it is for, and I am not using any related service.
I have been unable to reach Google through any reliable support channel. It is nearly impossible to connect with a customer representative, and even when I manage to reach someone, no solution is provided. Türk Telekom customer service has also failed to help me cancel the charge or terminate the subscription. Furthermore, even after I disable mobile billing authorization, the system automatically enables it again, allowing transactions to be made in my name and charged to my phone bill.
I want everything stated here to be taken into consideration as a record and evidence that I did not consent to these transactions and that I repeatedly sought a solution but was not provided with adequate assistance, should any legal proceeding or lawsuit arise in the future regarding these $2 monthly charges. I clearly state that I absolutely do not authorize these charges and that they are effectively being imposed on me without my consent.
I do not authorize these charges and request that this subscription, which I did not purchase and which was activated without my consent, be terminated immediately. I also request that all monthly charges of approximately $2 that have been added to my bill to date be removed or refunded. In addition, I want all necessary security measures and billing restrictions to be implemented to ensure that no subscription or purchase can ever be made through my phone line without my authorization.
