Unauthorized Recurring Google Charges From My Bank Card
Unauthorized charges have been repeatedly deducted from my İş Bankası debit card with the description “Google K18k003M London GB” without my knowledge or consent. A previous charge of approximately $4 was made, followed by another charge of approximately $7 on September 16, 2026. These transactions do not belong to me, and I have never authorized any such membership, subscription, or purchase.
I request that these unauthorized charges made to my card be canceled, that the amounts withdrawn from my account be refunded, and that the necessary security measures be taken to prevent similar unauthorized transactions from occurring again. I also request detailed information about these transactions and, if necessary, that the appropriate dispute process be initiated.
