Gmail Terminated My Account After Overseas Hacker Attack

I linked all of my accounts to Gmail because I knew I could always rely on it. An overseas hacker gained access to my Gmail account and began bombarding me with spam. Gmail, rather than helping me, has terminated my account on the grounds that I made yet another delivery error in my communication pass, and this is driving me absolutely insane. There are also problems with accounts that are part of the whole, and nobody can help with that right now. I had a Youtube.com subscription as well, but I had to cancel the card that was being charged on a monthly basis, so I can't access the site at the moment. Closed. What I need is quick and just answer.
