Tower Rush Google Play Purchase Deducted But Not Credited

I made an in‑game purchase in the mobile game “Tower Rush” through the Google Play Store in India, but the money was not credited in the game. Yesterday, I deposited 300 INR using UPI for this purchase, yet the in‑game balance or items I paid for have still not appeared in my Tower Rush account. I did not receive any clear confirmation such as a Google Play receipt email or a UPI reference ID showing that the purchase was successfully processed in the game. I have already tried to reach out about this issue, but I have not received any specific or helpful response so far. I request that the amount of 300 INR paid via UPI be refunded back to my UPI account as soon as possible, since I did not receive the in‑game money or benefit for which I was charged.
