Mini Chat Google Play Account Wrongly Banned as Underage

I am writing regarding my Mini Chat account, which I downloaded and use via Google Play. My account has been blocked due to age restriction, even though I am 20 years old and therefore of legal age. When I try to enter Mini Chat, I receive a message that I am banned, and my account with the ID 397744*** cannot be used. This situation is unfair to me because I meet the required legal age and have not violated the age policy. I kindly request that you review my account and remove the age restriction on my Mini Chat account so that I can use the application again as a user who is over the legal age.
