Jalwa Game Deposit Missing After Successful Google Pay Payment

I made a payment of 1,000 rupees via UPI through Google Pay to add balance in the Jalwa game on 1 June 2026. The amount was successfully debited from my Google Pay account, but the balance was never added to my Jalwa game account even though 5 days have already passed. I have also provided proof of the transaction, but the Jalwa game support keeps saying that the money has not reached their game account. Despite this, the deduction is clearly visible in my Google Pay transaction history and I am left without my game balance or my money. I request that my 1,000 rupees deposit be promptly and correctly added to my Jalwa game account balance as soon as possible, based on the proof of payment I have already submitted.
