Dmwin Wallet Did Not Receive My Google Pay Deposit
On March 25 at approximately 2:14 PM, I made a deposit of 5000 RS into my Dmwin game wallet through Google Pay. The amount was successfully withdrawn from my bank account, and the transaction appears as completed on my side. However, the balance was never credited to my Dmwin wallet account. The transaction was made for my game account linked to UID number 5478512.
The Google Pay / UPI transaction ID for this payment is 120552463672. The payment was completed through UPI, and I carefully followed all required steps correctly. Despite this, no balance increase appeared in my game wallet. I have also attached the related payment receipts and transaction proof regarding this issue.
After discovering the problem, I contacted Dmwin customer service multiple times. However, every time I was simply told that the payment was “not generated” or “did not go through,” and my requests were rejected without any proper resolution. I do not have any other complaints regarding the application or its services — my issue is specifically related to this single failed payment transaction.
I request that the 5000 RS payment amount be refunded to my UPI account, omkararunp******@okhdfcbank, as soon as possible. I also expect a proper investigation into why a successfully processed Google Pay transaction was never reflected in my Dmwin wallet balance.
