I have a savings account with Canara Bank and today I faced a serious problem while trying to deposit money using a scanner through Google Pay for the first time. On today’s date at around 2:16 pm, I deposited 500 via GPay to a Stake scanner, and the money left my account but did not get credited to my Canara Bank account. The amount has clearly gone to the Stake scanner instead of my account, and I also missed the time limit to submit the UTR number even though I entered the correct number. This is the first time I am using this type of app and such a situation has occurred, and it has caused me a lot of stress because the 500 has been debited from my account but is not visible in my balance. I request that this transaction be urgently checked, the path of the money be traced, and that the 500 either be credited properly to my Canara Bank account or immediately refunded back to my original account. I kindly ask Canara Bank and, if necessary, Google Pay support to investigate this transaction made today at around 2:16 pm via GPay, confirm that the amount went to the Stake scanner instead of my account, and resolve the problem as soon as possible so that I do not suffer any financial loss. I specifically request that my 500 be refunded to my Canara Bank account without any further delay, or, if this is not possible, that the same 500 be correctly credited to my Stake account, and that I be clearly informed in writing about when this action will be completed.
