Google Pay Payment Made But Not Able To Trade

I made a deposit payment of 1000 INR today, September 10th, to my Xpert Option account, but the amount has still not been credited in the app. My Xpert Option account is registered under the name Thejus B*** with the phone number 6362081***. I completed the payment via Google Pay (GPay), and the money has been deducted from my bank account, yet my Xpert Option balance remains unchanged. I have been texting Xpert Option support about this issue, but I have not received any response so far. I am very worried and feel unsafe about my money. I request that my 1000 INR deposit be either immediately credited to my Xpert Option account or refunded back to my original payment method as soon as possible, and that I be informed clearly about the reason for this delay.
