Free Fire Got Negative Diamonds Without Refund Request

I play Free Fire on the India server and I am facing a negative diamond issue in my account. My Free Fire UID is 7004137957. On 05/05/2026, my account suddenly showed a negative diamond balance and restrictions were applied. I contacted Free Fire customer support and received a response stating that the negative diamond balance is due to refunded transactions and that I need to top up the diamonds displayed in-game to remove the restriction and restore my account. I made my purchase via Google Pay and I did not intentionally request any refund related to these diamonds. I request that the negative diamond balance be removed from my account and that my account be restored without forcing me to pay again for diamonds that I already purchased. I would like this issue to be investigated in detail and my diamonds and account status to be corrected as soon as possible.
