4rabet Has Not Credited My ₹9,500 Google Pay UPI Deposit

I am submitting this complaint regarding my pending deposit to my 4rabet account made via Google Pay UPI on 4 June 2026 at around 8:42 PM, for an amount of 9,500. The payment was successfully debited from my bank account and is associated with UTR 652179818704, and I also have an open support ticket with reference number SUP-1522113. After completing the payment, the amount has still not been credited to my 4rabet account. I have already shared the transaction screenshot and all requested details with your support team. In response, I received a message from Raj Kumar, 4rabet support manager, stating that my request with UTR 652179818704 and reference SUP-1522113 is being processed with the highest priority, but that no exact timeframe can be given because the deposit is being processed by the payment system and that you have no control over the actions of the bank and payment provider. Despite this reply, there has been no visible progress on my side and my funds remain unavailable in my 4rabet account, even though the amount has been deducted from my bank. I request that this transaction be reviewed urgently with the payment provider and finance team, and that the funds be credited to my 4rabet account as soon as possible. If any additional documents or information are needed from my side, I am ready to provide them immediately.
