GoDaddy Email Hosting Not Working

For months now, I've been depending on Godaddy for email hosting, but the past two months have been filled with some major problems. Last night, from midnight until 10:30 in the morning, I couldn't get into any of my emails. Fed up with the never-ending periods of inactivity, I made the decision to switch to a different hosting provider. They absolutely refused to give me a refund for the part of the service I didn't use. It's unacceptable to receive poor service and be denied a refund.
