I Cannot Receive Free Fire Verification Codes on My Linked Email
I am writing regarding an issue with my Free Fire account and the email address linked to it, which is Moypap****@gmail.com. My Free Fire ID is 3219641625. Since Tuesday, 9 June 2026, I have been unable to receive any verification codes or OTPs needed to recover and access my account. I can still log into my email address normally, but when I try to recover my Free Fire account or verify it, no code is sent to my inbox. I suspect that my account may have been hacked and that the hacker has somehow blocked or deactivated the connection between Garena and my email, which prevents any verification emails from reaching me in the game recovery process. I kindly request that my Free Fire account be recovered and secured in my name again and that the reception of verification codes to my email address be unblocked so that I can receive validation codes normally and use all security features again.
