Google Account Recovery Blocked by Two-Step Verification After Losing My Phone

5

I am writing because I cannot access my Google account eddyamado***@gmail.com after changing my device. I had two‑step verification activated on my previous phone, which I lost, and now when I try to sign in from my new Android device, Google only shows me the screen asking for the two‑step verification code. I do not have access to my old device, so I cannot see or generate the code that Google is requesting. The page does not offer me any alternative recovery options, such as backup codes, recovery email or phone number, and it only allows me to enter the two‑step code, which makes it impossible for me to complete the login. This problem started today, just a few minutes ago, when I tried to sign in for the first time on my new device. I request that you temporarily disable two‑step verification on my account or provide me with an alternative way to verify my identity so that I can recover access to my Google account as soon as possible.
