Getcontact Kept Charging Me for Three Months After I Canceled

Despite canceling my Getcontact subscription back in December, I continued to be charged $5 every month for three months straight. When I open the app, no active subscription appears — yet I noticed that my bank account was being hit with regular charges the entire time.
I had not been actively using Getcontact during this period, and since the subscription screen showed it as canceled, I assumed no further payments were being processed. The fact that charges kept going through in the background has caused me both financial loss and a serious loss of trust.
I am therefore demanding a full refund of the three months' worth of charges that were collected for a subscription I had canceled and was no longer using, and I am requesting that my Getcontact subscription be permanently canceled across all channels.
