Getcontact Free Monthly Query and Tag Limits Not Resetting for Four Months

I am a user of Getcontact’s free version on an Android device. For months, my monthly query and tag viewing limits have not been resetting as they used to. Previously, my limits were renewed every month without any issues, but for about the last four months they have not been updated properly. On the “remaining uses” screen, a renewal date is shown, but when that date arrives the limits do not reset. Instead, the renewal is postponed to the next month, and this keeps repeating. This situation is extremely frustrating because I rely heavily on these features and it clearly looks like a system error or malfunction. Although I contacted Getcontact support about this issue, I have not received any response so far. I request that my account and usage limits be checked, that this error be resolved as soon as possible, and that my monthly query and tag limits in the free plan be reset and work regularly again.
