Geox Shoes Sole Came Apart After Only 5 Wears

I purchased my Geox casual shoes approximately one year ago from a Geox store abroad. I live in Fenerbahçe, Istanbul, and despite wearing the shoes no more than five times in total, I noticed yesterday that the sole had come apart. Having the sole separate after such minimal use was extremely disappointing in terms of quality and has caused me significant inconvenience.

I request that Geox inspect the shoes and repair the problem if possible. I also ask that this issue be evaluated under the applicable warranty and quality standards, considering that the product developed such a serious problem after so little use, and that an appropriate solution be provided to resolve my inconvenience.
