Geox Shoes Caused Toe Pain and a Callus Due to a Defective Inner Seam

Trusting the brand's quality, I purchased a pair of Geox black, size 44, high-platform shoes from the Derimod store at Selway Outlet. Shortly after I started wearing them, I developed significant discomfort, particularly in my right big toe.
At first, I thought the discomfort was simply due to the fit of the shoe being too tight. However, when I put my hand inside the shoe to inspect it, I noticed a prominent raised inner seam exactly where my big toe rests. Because this seam constantly presses against my foot, it has caused both pain and a callus to develop.
I believe this is a defect caused directly by the manufacturing and design of the shoe rather than by any misuse on my part. It is unacceptable for a shoe designed for everyday use to cause this level of discomfort and lead to a physical problem. This issue also completely contradicts Geox's claims regarding the quality and comfort of its products.
To resolve the inconvenience I have experienced, I request a replacement. I hope this matter will be resolved as quickly as possible with customer satisfaction as the priority.
