Overall, I’m really disappointed with GEICO. They seemed like a solid choice at first, but now I wish I had gone with another company.I bought a policy for my two cars with GEICO, and it was about $300 a month. the next month, the rate shot up to double that, for no reason at all! I haven't had any accidents, tickets, or anything that would justify such an increase, when I first signed up, GEICO assured me that their pricing was competitive. I shopped around and found their offer to be reasonable, which is why I decided to go with them. Now, it’s clear that their initial low rate was just a bait-and-switch tactic. I’m thinking about canceling my policy, but I’m a bit nervous. There are so many complaints about how tricky their cancellation process is…hope I won’t have to struggle much.
