I Lost My Max Win on Gates of Olympus After Evabet Misled Me About Bonus Rules

Gates of Olympus is my favorite and only slot game I play. I recently joined Evabet and claimed their first deposit bonus. Before playing, I directly asked customer support whether I could use the bonus on Pragmatic Play games like Gates of Olympus. They clearly told me, “Yes, you can play; there is no issue.”
So I played Gates of Olympus, as I always do—and I actually hit max win. I also fully completed the wagering requirements. But right after that, Evabet deleted my balance, claiming that Pragmatic games were not allowed for bonus wagering. This was never communicated beforehand, and support told me the exact opposite.
How is this my fault? I followed the rules as told to me by their own team. If the game was restricted, I would’ve never played it. I’m now asking Evabet to return my rightful winnings, or at least take responsibility for the misinformation they gave. Since they refuse to help or respond properly, I’m left with no choice but to file this public complaint.
