I Report Missing BANK BRC Tokens On Gate.io And Inability to Withdraw Funds

I purchased BANK BRC tokens on Gate.io, investing a significant amount of funds with the expectation of secure storage and seamless transactions. However, my BANK tokens have now disappeared from my Gate.io account without any explanation, and I am unable to withdraw my funds. Since this token is not listed on other exchanges, there is no alternative withdrawal option.

I contacted support but received no clear answer or resolution. This situation has caused me financial loss and emotional distress, as I trusted Gate.io for secure asset management.
