I am extremely unhappy with Gate.io and their complete lack of response to my emails regarding a significant issue caused by their support team. A Gate.io support agent provided me with an incorrect deposit address, resulting in the loss of my PAW tokens. Despite supplying all the necessary evidence, including transaction details and screenshots of the conversation showing their mistake, I have received no response or resolution. I have contacted Gate.io multiple times, but they are completely ignoring me. This level of customer service is unacceptable, and I am beginning to question whether this could have been a scam. How can a company fail to take responsibility for its own support team’s errors? I am requesting that Gate.io either return my lost tokens or compensate me with their equivalent value immediately. If this issue remains unresolved, I will escalate the matter through legal channels. I urge Gate.io to address this situation promptly and demonstrate accountability for their actions.
