Gate.io Error Prevents Trading Coins, Losing Due to 'Market Not Found' Error

I’ve been unable to trade the coins I bought on Gate.io for over a week. Every time I try, I get a "market not found" error. This has already cost me ₺50,000 in potential losses since I can't sell my assets. I’ve contacted live support every day, and they keep giving me the same instructions, none of which have fixed the problem. I’ve followed all their steps, but the issue remains unresolved. This is beyond frustrating, and I need urgent help to access my funds and start trading again. Gate.io needs to fix this issue immediately or compensate for the losses I’ve incurred due to this technical failure.
