I’m a Turkish citizen living in Türkiye, and yet when I try to access the Gate.io app, I keep getting a “restricted location” error. This is incredibly frustrating because, to my knowledge, Gate.io still supports users in Türkiye, and I haven’t done anything to violate platform rules.
I currently can’t access the app at all, and I’ve received no clear explanation about why this is happening or how to fix it. There’s no useful guidance from support, no alert, no email—just a vague error message that leaves me completely stuck.
Gate.io, I need urgent clarification. Why am I being blocked? Is this a mistake, a technical glitch, or a policy update? I expect my account to be reactivated and the app to function properly in Türkiye. Please fix this issue and help me regain access now.
