I’m absolutely shocked and disappointed with Gate.io. I had invested all my funds into REM Coin, and today, when I checked my portfolio, I saw that the balance had dropped to zero. At first, I thought it was a display error—but then I realized the coin had been delisted.
Gate.io never sent any prior notification or warning about the delisting. I received no email, no in-app alert—nothing. My funds just vanished overnight without any chance to take action. This is completely unacceptable for a platform that people trust to manage their crypto investments.
I want my REM tokens recovered or at least the option to transfer them to another exchange where the coin is still listed. I demand clear communication from Gate.io and a recovery solution. You can't delist a coin and wipe out users’ balances without any transparency. This is not how responsible exchanges operate.
