Gate.io Login Error Due To Google Code

I'm facing a fund password and Google code issue on gate.io even in the global version. I urgently need to withdraw money, but I'm unable to do so. Despite entering the correct fund password, it keeps prompting for it. I've reached out to gate.io, but haven't received a response. If the fund password is correct, why is it continuously requested? The same goes for the Google code; I don't understand the purpose. Users should have the option to disable these security measures with just one click if they choose not to deal with constant security hurdles.
