Gate.io Didn’t Pay Me Profit From PI5L and GALA5L Trades

I bought PI5L and GALA5L coins from the Gate.io exchange, investing 50 USDT and 180 USDT at prices between 0.0028 and 0.0022 cents. These coins increased by 220,000% and 90,000% respectively, and I sold them at that point. Under normal circumstances, I should have made a profit of around 110,000–115,000 TL. However, they suspended my accounts and claimed they were doing maintenance. If that’s the case, then all trading should have been halted to prevent transactions. Even though I completed the sale, they aren’t giving me my profits. They pay out small gains, but when it comes to large profits, they resort to tricks. Where is the promised transparency and reliability? I demand that my grievance be resolved as soon as possible.
