I am unable to withdraw money from my Gate.io account, despite multiple attempts. I had not logged into my account for a long time after previously failing to withdraw funds, but now I urgently need to access my money. The withdrawal process is unnecessarily complicated, making it difficult to understand and execute transactions.
I kindly request that the funds in my account be transferred directly to my bank account. Additionally, I suggest simplifying the platform's interface and withdrawal process to make it more user-friendly. This ongoing issue is frustrating, and I hope Gate.io addresses it promptly to avoid further inconvenience.
