After Google Authenticator updated on my phone, I can no longer access my Gate.io account; I keep getting a TOPT error. I tried reaching out to live support, but they aren't doing anything to help. I’ve attempted to fill out the support form, but it won’t submit properly. My email, phone number, and password are all up to date, but there is still no assistance available.
