In around August–September 2023, my account was hacked by someone, and they changed the phone number and Gmail address that were connected to my account. The hacker also changed my in‑game name and wrote “ankit”, and in the description below wrote “Saurabh, the killer, everyone's dad”, which clearly shows that someone else is using my account and identity. The Gmail account that was originally linked to this UID was created using my father’s phone number. You can verify this by checking the Aadhaar card name of the number owner, and I can prove that I am their son and therefore the real owner of the UID. I am ready to provide these documents as proof if needed. I immediately tried the basic recovery steps recommended in your support resources, but none of them worked and I have still not been able to regain access.
