My Free Fire Account Suspended for 2 Years Despite Investment

My Garena Free Fire account has been unfairly suspended for two years, and there has been no resolution. The account was randomly suspended without any valid reason, and I’ve invested ₺5000 into it. This is extremely frustrating and unfair considering the time, money, and effort I’ve put into this game.

I demand immediate action to either reinstate my account or refund the money I’ve spent. It’s unacceptable that players are left in limbo like this. Despite encountering numerous cheaters in the game, nothing is done about them, yet my account is suspended for no reason.

Please take this matter seriously and resolve it promptly by reopening my account or providing a full refund!
