I am writing because my Garena Free Fire account has been hacked and I have completely lost access to it and to the security codes that allow me to log in. My Free Fire account is on Android and iOS with a Google account login. My in‑game nickname is “TIRED SOULX” and my player ID is 3219641625. The hack occurred on 9 June 2026. Since that date, it seems that the hacker has blocked or changed the link between Garena and my associated email address (moyp***[email protected]), because I no longer receive any verification codes or OTP from Garena. As a result, I cannot secure or recover my account even though I am the real owner. I had made purchases and top‑ups on this account and I still have photos and screenshots that prove these purchases. I have tried to contact Garena support about this situation, but I have not received any response so far. I am very worried about losing my progress and all the purchases I made on this account. I kindly request that you help me recover full access to my Free Fire account TIRED SOULX (ID: 3219641625) and restore the connection with my email address moyp***[email protected] so that I can once again receive verification codes and OTP.
