I Face Login Block in Free Fire Due to Diamond Deficit Caused by Sibling Purchase
I want to address this directly to the Free Fire support team. A few days ago, my little brother accessed my Free Fire account without my knowledge and made an in-game purchase that caused a diamond deficit. I had no idea this happened until I tried to log into my account again today. Now, I’m completely locked out of the game unless I recharge diamonds to cover the negative balance.
The problem is, he used the diamonds on a level-up package, so I didn’t benefit at all. Yet I’m being asked to top up diamonds just to regain access to my own account. This account has years of effort behind it — I’ve played and progressed with care. Now I’m being punished for something I didn’t even do.
I understand that purchases must be balanced, but there has to be another way. Maybe a limited-time grace period, or an option to repay through in-game activities instead of being locked out entirely. Please bring a fair solution to this issue. It’s not right that I lose access to my hard-earned progress over a one-time mistake I didn’t make.
