Facebook Recovery Failed After Hack – Phone Number Changed

My personal Facebook account was hacked about a month ago. The hacker changed the mobile number linked to my account, so I am completely unable to log in. When I try to recover my account, Facebook shows a message saying that there is no account associated with this mobile number. Since the phone number and recovery details have been changed, I am not receiving any code or link that would allow me to regain access to my account. I have already tried the “Forgot Password” option, all the steps provided through Facebook Help/Support, and every other available recovery method, but my account still has not been recovered and I have no access to it. I request that my hacked personal Facebook account be restored to me, or that I be clearly guided on how I can recover my account.
