Give Me My FF ID Back Please

I have been experiencing a serious problem with my Garena Free Fire account for about one month. My account, which is linked to my Google account, was first shown as banned by Garena, and after some time I noticed that someone else was able to play with my account while I no longer had any access to it. This clearly shows that my account has been hacked and is being used by an unauthorized person. After realizing this situation, I contacted Garena Free Fire support and submitted a request explaining that my account was hacked and banned unfairly, and that another person is currently playing on it. However, I have not received any response from support so far, and my access problem continues without any solution or information. My clear expectation from Garena is that my old account is recovered and returned to me in a secure way as soon as possible. I want the ban on my ID to be lifted, unauthorized access to be blocked, and my account to be given back to its rightful owner. I kindly request that my account be reviewed urgently and that this victimization be resolved.
