Garena! Please Remove the Ban on My FF UID

My Free Fire account (UID: 2370268194, in-game name: OPRAJ) got stolen two months ago. I got my account back through Facebook, but it’s banned because of what the unauthorized user did. I’ve played fair and have put money into my account with regular buys. I think the ban happened because of what the hacker did, not because of me. If you need records, I can provide them. Can you take a look at my situation and remove the ban? This account is really important to me, and losing it because of theft is just heartbreaking.
