Garena Free Fire Team Ban Recovery Request

For the past five days, I’ve been facing a team ban issue on my Free Fire account (ID: 2907001950), which I play on my Android Infinix Smart 8 device. I have never violated any rules or shared my account with anyone else.

On October 10, 2025, I purchased 830 diamonds through an in-game payment. However, since that date, I’ve been unable to join any team or group mode and can only play solo matches. Whenever I try to join a squad or play with friends, I get the warning message:

“Suspicious player(s) are currently under review.”

Meanwhile, my friends say they cannot spectate me, as they receive the error “You can’t watch this player.”

This problem occurs every time I log in, and I’ve never experienced any similar restriction before. The issue only affects my own account—when I log in with another account, everything works normally. I haven’t yet contacted Garena Free Fire customer support.

I request a detailed explanation as to why my account has been team-banned, and I ask that my restriction be removed as soon as possible to fix this ongoing issue.
