Garena Free Fire Old Account Missing – Request Original Account Recovery

I am having a serious login problem with my Free Fire account on the Indian server. I used to play with my old ID, which was linked to my Gmail account, and I had progressed much further than a beginner account. On 16 July 2026, I was suddenly logged out of the game. When I logged in again with the same Gmail, instead of my old account, a completely new account opened at level 2. Now, every time I log in with this Gmail, only this new level 2 ID appears and my old ID is not accessible at all. I did not request account deletion, I did not intentionally create a new account and I did not violate any rules to my knowledge. The screenshot I have shows the new low‑level account that appears when I log in. I kindly request that my old Free Fire ID linked to this Gmail on the Indian server be fully recovered and restored, together with all my previous progress, items and data, and that the unnecessary new level 2 account be removed or disconnected from my Gmail if needed. I ask you to investigate this urgently and help me regain access to my original account.
